RMR Multi-Family Apartments

The RMR Multi-Family Apartments report monitors all commercial rental apartment complexes of 50 units or more within the four county Orlando MSA. A census of these rental complexes has been conducted semi-annually in March and September of each year since 1987.  At the current time, CWC is monitoring over 625 rental apartment complexes with a total of more than 155,000 units. The twice-a-year research updates information for each complex relative to units rentable, rental rates, incentives, occupancy and absorption of units. Each RMR Multi-Family Apartment report encompasses the following:

LOCATION MAPS identify the geographic location of each complex within submarket areas of the MSA.

PROJECT DIRECTORIES organize all complexes by key features, providing sorts based on location, complex name, age, rental rates and occupancy. 

TREND REPORTS provide market and submarket summaries of activity for the Orlando MSA. Tables and graphs provide a quick overview of submarket trends relative to units rentable, construction of new units, product mix, age of inventory, occupancy and absorption.

PROJECT PROFILES provide detailed competitive information on each individual rental complex mentioned. Each one page profile includes information on over 100 data elements, including ownership, management, development and construction characteristics, community amenities, floor plans offered, rental rate for each floor plan, unit features, rental incentives, occupancy and absorption.
